1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is information a website may store in a browser. Local storage and other technologies may also store or read information on your device. Classification depends on their use, not just their name.
2. Current application
No advertising pixel or third-party behavioral analytics tool is currently integrated in the agency’s code. The application does not intentionally set marketing cookies. This does not mean the host or other technical services set no cookies.
There is no visitor-facing login area. Platform libraries may use session storage in contexts where authentication is actually enabled; their presence alone does not prove storage for every visitor. Preview editor mechanisms are not equated with public website behavior.
3. Hosting, security, and fonts
Lovable and its technical services may use mechanisms needed for delivery, security, or abuse prevention. Their names, durations, and conditions must be observed during an audit of the final domain; no fictional inventory is supplied.
The Manrope font currently loads from Google Fonts. This may transmit an IP address and technical information to the provider even without a cookie. The legal basis and arrangements must be reviewed under applicable law.
The domain is managed with Hostinger. This fact alone does not demonstrate that Hostinger sets cookies on website pages.
4. Consent and future tools
Where required by applicable law, mechanisms that are not strictly necessary must remain disabled until valid consent is given. Any future controls must allow acceptance, refusal, and adjustment without prior activation, and withdrawal as easily as consent is given.
This policy activates no additional booking, advertising, or behavioral analytics tool. Adding one requires an inventory, appropriate information, and applicable consent controls. This text does not replace those controls.
5. Current choices
You can view, block, or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary mechanisms may affect functionality. Your browser’s help resources explain how to manage these settings.
The application currently has no marketing cookie preferences because it has no integrated marketing tool. This does not remove the need to review hosting services and external requests. For questions or concerns, contact contact@myriadglobalagency.com.
6. Applicable framework and changes
Device-access rules depend on applicable local law, including European rules under the ePrivacy Directive and national implementing legislation; GDPR covers personal information processing where applicable. A “necessary” classification must be justified by an actual purpose.
The inventory and durations must be updated when providers or tools change. An editorial update date is not the date of an audit of the public domain.
